Avion Court Avion Court is a brand new development made up of 137 contemporary residential units and located in Crawley with close proximity to Gatwick Airport.
This former 1970s office tower has undergone an extensive transformation and benefits from secured on-site parking, concierge service, bike storage and improved landscaping. Frameclad designed the SFS to sit outside of the building line using an oversail – continuous walling system. By using specialised bracket system the inconsistencies in the existing façade were overcome to provide a true building line to receive subsequent façade treatments.

Located in a prominent area of Edinburgh the scheme consisted of 3 blocks of student accommodation. Frameclad supplied all of the frames and floor cassettes to form the three-storey structure. The developer was keen to use some of the previous buildings stonework which were incorporated in the external cladding of the cottage building.
Northampton This technically challenging project involved the initial removal of a traditional pitched roof from a four story 1980’s Social Housing Accommodation Block and the subsequent installation of two new load-bearing stories plus the associated supporting Hot Rolled Steel grillage, new external lift shaft and associated landing areas.
