Frameclad were appointed by the main contractor to provide light steel frame solutions for the development of the Chocolate Factory in Wood Green, London. Located on the former site of the Barratt & Co confectionery factory, this development comprises 80 contemporary residential homes.
Conveniently situated in the district of Wood Green, London – Block E2 of The Chocolate Factory is part of the wider redevelopment of a former confectionery factory built in the 1930s. Comprising 71 apartments and nine duplex houses, this development required expert design to navigate challenges and deliver on deadlines.

Concord Street
Concord Street, Leeds Concord Street is an exciting new build 9 storey apartment block in central Leeds. 35 apartments with a mix of 1 and 2-bed accommodation procured through modern, off-site construction via Frameclad.
A very challenging site has led the design team to look at minimising time and construction activities onsite and through a full BIM approach, the coordination of architecture, structures and Frameclad has allowed careful and detailed positioning options to be looked at.

Bath Lane The project includes the construction of a 601 bedroom student accommodation development, including ancillary management and communal facilities and ground floor commercial units. The project includes the provision of associated parking, highway improvement work, amenity space and landscaping.
