Abbotts Site, Dartford
Knight Frank, in conjunction with Weston Homes, is set to launch Langley Square, a mixed use residential development in the highly desirable commuter town of Dartford, Kent. A former Victorian factory, the historic site is being transformed into a high specification one, two and three bedroom apartment development with a choice of designer finishes and outside space. Langley Square presents buyers with an opportunity to live in an area with a unique British heritage.
Langley Square is a luxury waterside development that will provide a new Garden Village by shops, landscaped gardens and lakes. Set on almost 8 acres of river frontage, Langley Square sits adjacent to a former mill pond and the River Darent, and is ideally positioned just minutes from Dartford Railway Station, providing direct access to Central London. It is also minutes from the modern Bluewater shopping centre, one of Europe’s largest shopping centres.
Dartford is the perfect blend of town and country. It is currently undergoing a £94 million regeneration project being spent to enhance the centre, with planned schemes working to revitalise the town centre, Fairfield Leisure Centre and Princes Park Community Stadium. The new garden village of Langley Square will further enhance the community of Dartford by providing a mix of 400 apartments and local high street with prime retail and commercial space.
